Shipping
Shipping is not included in the sale price and will be added at check out. Orders are shipped using USPS First Class within 7 days of purchase, but usually within 2 days. Other shipping options and local pick up are available upon request.
Every item is thoughtfully packaged and ready for gifting. I try to use recycled packaging when possible so you may notice that my packaging is not the same every time.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Possible returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. If you made an order by mistake please contact me as soon as possible.
Customs and Resizing
At this time I am not taking custom orders. Due to the nature of the rings that I craft, many cannot be resized.
Repairs and Damaged Items
If jewelry care instructions are followed, jewelry from Wet Brant should last a lifetime. If you need a repair to a piece I created, email me photos so we can discuss the repair. Some repairs may require a fee depending on the damage. If an item arrives damaged please contact as soon as possible via email. I will ask for a photo and we will discuss a solution.
Jewelry Care
Please remove your jewelry when swimming, rock climbing, fishing, or during any crazy Alaskan (or non-Alaskan) adventure. This also includes sleeping and showering. Keep in mind that natural stones, especially turquoise, are delicate. Think of every piece of jewelry as a work of art that needs special care. To clean your piece, use a microfiber or silver polishing cloth, but not harsh chemicals.
Enameled Jewelry: In addition to the recommendations above, please don’t get your enamel jewelry wet for an extended period of time and do not bend. Enamel is a layer of glass that is melted onto copper and these actions can compromise the integrity of the glass.
